About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Manager to join Rasi Consulting’s Investment Advisory practice, with a focus on real estate. In this role, you will lead major workstreams and support overall delivery across corporate strategy and portfolio-level advisory—producing decision-ready outputs, executable roadmaps, and investment materials that help leadership teams move with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core workstreams across corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, and investment decision support
- Structure problems, build hypotheses, and convert ambiguity into clear analytical plans
- Build portfolio views (segmentation, prioritization, pipeline logic, and capital allocation principles)
- Develop investment cases and investment committee packs (rationale, assumptions, scenarios, risks, and sensitivities)
- Design governance and decision tools (evaluation criteria, stage-gates, committee templates, and portfolio reporting cadence)
- Translate strategy into execution artifacts (initiatives, sequencing, roadmap, KPI/impact model, and PMO-ready plans)
- Facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Coach consultants and analysts; enforce quality across storylines, models, and deliverables
- Contribute to proposals, scope shaping, and business development efforts
Experience
- 6–9 years in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or investment advisory with real estate exposure
- Demonstrated strength in at least two of the following:
- Corporate strategy / transformation for real estate entities
- Portfolio structuring, prioritization, or capital allocation support
- Investment case development and decision packs
- Market / feasibility inputs and commercial logic
- Saudi / GCC market exposure is strongly preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem structuring, critical thinking, and storyline development
- Solid comfort with financial evaluation concepts and investment portfolio logic
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop / meeting facilitation
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure
- Team-oriented with a coaching mindset
