About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Strategy Consultant to join our growing team in Riyadh. You will work directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams across government, energy, infrastructure, and private sectors to solve complex strategic challenges and drive transformational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy engagements from problem definition to implementation
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and strategic planning
- Develop business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development
- Support business development and proposal development activities
Experience
- 5-8 years of management consulting experience with a top-tier firm
- MBA or Master’s degree from a leading institution
- Proven track record delivering strategic projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and Vision 2030 initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Results-oriented with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Collaborative team player with leadership potential
