The Context

Udeem was established as a national platform to mobilize voluntary commitments that translate circular economy ambition into practical, measurable action. The program brings organizations together around consistent commitment models, credible verification, and a shared language for progress—while strengthening readiness for broader sector-wide adoption.

What We Delivered

Working alongside MWAN, we helped shape a complete “commitment-to-impact” operating model, with an emphasis on clarity, credibility, and ease of participation:

• Commitment architecture: standardized pledge templates with track-specific guidance and clear definitions of what “good” looks like.
• Verification pathways: proportional evidence requirements, verification cycles, and reporting timelines designed to be credible without becoming burdensome.
• Recognition model: a structured progression (Commit → Improve → Lead) that links recognition to verified outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Operational playbooks: onboarding workflows, governance touchpoints, and participant support materials to drive consistent adoption.
• Measurement foundations: practical dashboards and tracking logic to monitor progress, outcomes, and program performance over time.

Results & Impact

The program demonstrated early traction and measurable outcomes:

• 112 commitments verified across 70 participating entities.
• An average 14% waste reduction achieved by participants in the first cycle.
• Increased consistency in how commitments are structured, evidenced, and communicated—supporting credibility and comparability across sectors.
